  Although the service was good during the car purchase, we got them to fit a tow bar to a brand new CRV. In fitting the tow bar they had to cut a section of the bumper and also a plastic panel under the car. Not only did they manage to split one of the clips in half for the panel under the car, but also looks as though the guy hacked at the rear bumper with a pair of scissors to get the tow bar in. Not a neat job at all. Its not hard to use masking tape and a dermal to cut a square section out... Additionally they managed to chip the bumper three times and couldn't be arsed putting the wheel lining back in right after removing the bumper. Yet another mechanic to have no pride in their work.
